·Ouch .. lots of work .. one should find an amateur watchmaker passionate enough to devote the time needed to hopefully get a decent result ... and the cost should not exceed 100.€ considering the risk and the cost of restauration ..

In all seriousness though, it looks too far gone, working donor movement needed, replacement dial, crystal, crown and hands. If the case was a sharp stainless one, maybe, but not as it is all in a very ‘soft’ gold cap case.
