Original Omega Constellation?

Hey all, so I just picked up this watch at a local pawn shop this past Sunday for a good price and I have been wanting to get an actual Omega for some time, however the dial does not seem to line up with how others of the same age (1969) look and I’m starting to wonder if it is a fake. The movement has been keeping time and working fantastically so far but unfortunately that’s the limits of my knowledge

The re-dialler must have had a bad cough when he was doing the minute markers.

(but most likely a badly etched mask or a squishy cliche that bulged the wrong way)

Thanks for the replies, that is a terrible shame about the watch, would it be better to get a new dial or can anything be done?

Finding a donor dial out of a rough gold-plated example is probably the best approach
