Original Omega Genève ref. 711.6456 with unusual dial

Original Omega Genève ref. 711.6456 with unusual anomaly in the first ‘O’ of OMEGA. Has anyone seen a similar dial-printing defect? Or is this a poor reprint? The watch is legit based on my inspection of the watch and the provenance, but the o is not something ive ever seen before

The shape of the original O can still be seen so I suspect someone DIY'd something

I agree.

The three segments of the "O" are there so it appears that somebody tried to clean a mark and the paint has lifted, split into 3 pieces and moved.
