Opinion on IWC Cal 852 crown

Looking at an IWC dress watch with cal 852. Most of these that I’ve seen have an unsigned crown. This example has the Fish style crown which I know is period-correct for IWC, but not sure if it’s original to the watch. I’d appreciate any opinions from the experts. Thank you!
