Opening an EPSA supercompressor case--friction ball ok?

    I was going to open up this EPSA case (for the first time) with a regular old friction ball. Any words of warning or do I have the right end of it (no pun intended).

    Just try it, nothing can go wrong, except that the back cover cannot be moved a millimeter.

    I never use the side with the air intake, but I guess that's just a quirky habit :thumbsup:

    Yep that's my first thought when I read the thread title. Hopefully that compressor case back isn't too stubborn.

    Edit: Oh by the way Dr. that is a very very cool watch. Love that name!

    @Dr.Sascha Did you manage to get it open?
    Because if you didn't I have used hot glue on this style of caseback and it worked great. You just pour it on the back, wait for it to dry and it creates a very good grip. Removing it takes only a bit of heat and it will just peel off.
    And yes, I know it sounds MacGyverish but it works.
