The last one I saw like this, flew out, in California, for a ridiculous amount of money

Well, that makes you a wealthy man then. Congrats!

Icono, anyone ever tell you that you look like Terrance Stamp?

An interesting comparison......I suspect Terry Stamp might be offended !.......but I did always want to be Willie Garvin

They changed all of the web addresses on the Omega site. Unfortunately, they haven't changed the actual page links yet, so the "Search" function is worthless for now.

Either their web programmer doesnt know what he/she is doing or somebody who didnt know what he/she was doing updated the links.

They forgot to update their code so that their form submits to the updated link. It is still referring to the old path. Notice the bold.

<div class="container"> <form method="post" name="Form1" action="/spirit/history/vintage-omegas/vintage-watches-database" enctype="multipart/form-data" id="searchForm"> <input type="hidden" name=page value="1"> <div class="form-controls" style="z-index: 0;"> <div class="form-part-search"> <div class="form-line"> <a class="option-link option-link-reset" href="#" OnClick="location='/spirit/history/vintage-omegas/vintage-watches-database'; return false;">reset search</a> </div>

I made a local copy of the page and changed the code to submit to http://www.omegawatches.com/planet-omega/heritage/vintage-omegas/vintage-watches-database

Still a pain.

Good job! However, I think that if Omega's web administrator sees all the hits coming from this site there may be a problem. Pictures aren't working, but not a big deal at this point.

I've asked the admins here about updating any links previously posted by members. Not sure if that can be done or not.

For greater minds than mine to ponder,
