Tut tut Hans. Can’t be a -78 as it doesn’t have the long S. Could be a -74 or -76 or just a plain 145.022

OP gave me a strong intuition about a Guy Ritchie movie scene -type situation. The perpetrators assessing their loot while the sorry SOB (previous owner) is still lying next to the rundown Datsun beaten to a bloody pulp. Perp 1 with the hand tattoo and dirty fingers from all the scuffle is creating OF-profile and putting together almost incomprehensible post, too busy to spell-check because the police sirens are getting closer, while Perp 2 in his Kappa trackpants is taking pictures and hyping up the score. And we're really eager to oblige 😲 - oh look, a Speedmaster!

Unless they provide some background(Uncles/Grandfathers etc) I try to ignore them.
But as this is the internet, even the most believable well written post could simply be a front for a fence or a perpetrator.
