Omega Speedmaster 57 real of fake...can't tell

Hello

I recently came upon a 9300 movement Speedmaster 57. Regretfully, no documents, pictograms, or box are present. The seller says that his uncle gave him the watch. I am aware that there can be warning signs.

He sent over a photo of the watch. I checked the images, and it appears that they are unique.

I indicated on one image what was bothering me. This speedmaster is not like the other speedmasters, either old or new; it is shaped differently. Please review the image.

Would you kindly share your thoughts with me?

The seller says that his uncle gave him the watch.
First red flag…

It’s fake. Stay away from it and the seller.

It’s deffo a fake. No doubt. You identified the issue yourself, 2 tabs next to the blue circle ain’t right. The real watch has a free sprung balance and only one tab there.

Well done for being suspicious and asking for help. Otherwise this is a pretty convincing piece and could have fooled most people.

It's not a caliber 9300.

Arrive at "fake".
