Thanks Hans !
to me 10K including the premium seems a good deal.
Well….This could be a hard one for me, I love Speedys, and have a few, also a CB.
I think that I would be bothered about the dial condition.
It is a lot of money, and I do hope that the buyer did his/her homework, and knows about the condition?
Breaking down the costs…
10600 $ - 1300 $ = 9300 $ head only
a new correct crown 500 $
Service and cleaning 800 $ (assuming that no pricey movementparts needs to be replaced)
Selling the bracelet and the endlinks could sponsor the costs?
But it would take some time...
You should then have a nice Speedy for roughly 10600 $ /10150 €
Comparing to Speedaster101´s chart, it would be close to Very Good (11500 $).
But the dial downgrades the watch….
You can also compare with the one I linked before.
That one was sold (had an asking price) for 15800 € / 16500 $.
And it had the correct bracelet, a nicer case/caseback, the correct crown, serviced, an extract, and a serious and trusted seller.
and a 65 is THE MOONWATCH!
There is one lovely 65 for sale here on the Forum:
About 11200 € / 11700 $.
My 2 öre…
