Hello
I'm new here
I bought two weeks ago a snoopy 50th new.
Tonight I showed my friends the back case, when I used the chronometer after the reset snoopy didn't come back behind the moon but remain visible. Now every time I use the chronometer after the reset snoopy continues to advance in his lap but does not return behind the moon
Someone could help me.
Thanks a lot

Can’t help, however it’s the chronograph, chronometer is not a function, it’s an accuracy rating.

Sorry to see that. You are going to have to return to your AD/OB for warranty repair.

That's a real bummer, sucks this happened. Best bet is taking back in and let them sort it out.

Silver lining, finally get to walk into the OB/AD and say "Houston, we have a problem."

Uh oh, Snoopy is stuck in orbit. He needs an adjustment, it's an easy fix but it'll take more than 14 seconds.

Are you saying that it does move but just not behind the moon?

It moves at 360°, but when I reset the chronograph it doesn't come back behind the moon. Now I notice that also the chronograph doesn't work well, it stops also with full charge

Definitely sounds like a warranty repair is needed. Disappointing.

I think a replacement is needed😵‍💫. It's not possible a problem like this with 11,9k watch after 2 weeks only

That's assuming there is one available.

You aren't likely to get a replacement for this watch. It'll be repaired under warranty and you'll get it back fully repaired and functional again.

I payed for a new watch and after 2 weeks they have to open it and repair...

Good luck with a replacement. I think that the dealer will probably say, "That's what a warranty is for." But maybe you will get lucky.

In two months if you are lucky.

We all definitely feel for you and a mistake was definitely made, but this is an allocated, limited edition watch that Omega is not likelygoing to be able to simply exchange on demand for you. For the record, they do sometimes do that with their normal production run stuff.

I totally understand the disappointment. No idea if this helps but at least with a warranty claim you are getting your watch back, the one that YOU waited for.

Maybe try asking Omega to expedite the service, or throw in a 3861 bracelet (or a discount)? There's no guarantee that they will do either thing but these watches look fantastic on the 3861 bracelet and it's always nice to have options. Just a couple of thoughts that you might try.

And, Merry Christmas!

30 minutes and I have my watch back. I went to omega boutique. The technician put the Snoopy rod back into the gear and now it works perfectly. Let's hope it doesn't happen again

Awesome. My boutique won't even pull a caseback in store. Glad it's fixed.

I'm surprised a boutique would do this, but well played. Let's hope it was a one off problem.
