It won't be as early as 2008, that model (37.5mm PO with ceramic bezel) wasn't launched until 2011, it is showing as discontinued on Omega's website and will likely be around 8-9 years old (see below for my thinking). It wont matter, when sold as new you get a 5 year warranty so if it starts to run badly in a year or two treat the warranty as a free service.
I had a 2010 PO 2201.50 on 84.98m so a 2011-2013 PO on 85.19m makes sense to me. You can get a rough idea of age from the serial but as noted above, a single internet list or tool wont give the full picture, you need to iterate from known serials for that model, rather like Eugene does with the ILMS tool.
One easy tell will be how long the warranty is on the pictogram card, if the card is from within the past 3 years it will say 5 years, if older it will say 4 years for that movement (or possibly even less). Regardless, when sold new the watch has a 5 yr warranty.
Omega serials don't always follow a straight line overall pattern, you need to drill down and look at the pattern within a model series. This is particularly true with Speedmasters but other models have weird sequences too.
Just one other thing for the OP to ponder, note the un numbered warranty card is a newer design than the numbered (and presumably original) pictogram and chronometer certs? I wonder if the original warranty card was lost, or they had to replace it. There is a story behind this watch, maybe it was a return (with a completed card) that got lost at the back of their safe for a few years, or maybe it just sat in the window. Either way it does warrant a decent discount.
