    Hello all,

I am interested in the following watch:

    https://www.chrono24.com/omega/seamaster-de-ville--id12397416.htm

I do not know much about vintage Seamasters, but the watch appears to be in reasonable shape. I cannot tell if the dial has been refinished or if there are any other issues with the watch, so I would love any feedback. I have requested a picture of the movement and inside of caseback. I’ll attach one picture, but to see more pictures go to the above link.

Do all vintage seamasters have the Seamaster emblem on the outside of the caseback? This one appears not to.

In my opinion this watch has been redialed and the back of the case has been polished.

I'd stay away from this one.

Normally the is the Seamaster emblem on the back, but you can find some without, those were often gifted by companies to employees that worked for a long time there.

Also, the dial is meant to have lume at the out ends of the markers, but the hands are no-lume.

Thank you all! Unfortunately I accidentally made two threads, apologies about that! The other thread has a second watch of interest
