Omega Seamaster Deville - 166.020/14910 SC 62 - Bezel/Hands

Looking to purchase a bezel for a recently acquired Seamaster Deville, it needs either a gold plated or 14k bezel, I think originally, it was a 14k one.

The case is a monocoque 34.4mm with I believe a 32.6mm inner width where the bezel presses into.

I have been told, the hands are also not original, I would also like to verify that information and also look to purchase, if they aren't.

It's a 562 calibre movement.

From what I can see from your picture, the hands are not original - they are way too thin. BTW I don't see seconds hand at all, is that missing? What is for sure missing is the six indice and is that some kind of plate next to the seven indice? This seems like a project, is that what you were going for? How was the watch described to you before you bought it?

Aah.. looking at the picture again, of course the "plate" is the six o'clock indice loose..

Hey mate, yes it was sold as spares/repairs. I have recently gotten into watch making, starting on some seikos and decided to take a leap into finer things. I wanted to restore the watch, as original as possible. I have a authorised repair centre not far from me who've said they can make a bezel if I can't find anything, the seconds hand is indeed missing too. The bezel is proving very difficult to find, even looking for whole cases. There was a 14K gold bezel on Etsy but it was from the US and would've ended up costing around 350-400 to import it. The original purchase price was £225 which I think is probably fair considering the missing parts - not sure on your thoughts?

Ok, that explains a lot 👍. Good luck with the parts. At least the crown looks original. The correct handset for your watch should be (I don't see lume):
065TX1210, black strip
066UX1377, Sweep Seconds Hand in Yellow - 13.7mm

I'd guess that loose gold bezels and cases might prove hard to find, gold prices being what they have been.
