I recently bought this watch.Can you give some information about the hollow seen at the bottom of the clock?

Definetly damage because someone did not used the right tool. Regards

Looks like a bezel replacement that went wrong. At least it isn't all that visible. If it really bugs you it could be improved by laser welding and refinishing.

I agree, looks like someone tried to remove the bezel who didn’t know what they were doing. If there is a return period and this damage was not disclosed in pictures/text, I would send back.
