I really like the 300M, in the case of the AT I would like to see a better picture

Might just be a typo. I doubt it's going back. The design is the same so what's the point of shrinking 1mm?
Maybe to get rid of the old cases they still have in stock? 馃榾

Here are the watches in question,

If this is true then that is quite an uninspired and boring anniversary watch. The bracelet also looks the same. Let鈥檚 see the official announcement. Sometimes these Omegas wow me when I get to hold them in my hand.

Was hoping for a Planet Ocean update this year. Maybe it's still possible?

I'm going to pay my OB a visit today. I may be able to confirm what was "leaked". It is very uninspiring though.

I have a feeling this isn't the 'anniversary' piece so much as new releases that include the anniversary for the first year.

It's also commemorating the anniversary of the Seamaster line, but not the 60th anniversary of the Seamaster 300 ref. 165.024 which is perhaps the most iconic of the Seamaster divers.

Good looking dial, 41 mm is a step in the right direction but what about the thickness? Is it still a chunky boy?

How about that 2254.50 re release everyone have been asking for?

There's no confirmation of size or any other details, correct? Nothing on Instagram.

I don't think a reduction to 2254.50 size is in the cards even if it's only less than two millimeters that everyone clamors for. Anice military-themed watch with painted rectangular indices, aluminum bezel, sword hands, etc. might be refreshing.

Yes I think you鈥檙e right, it mentions the 41mm as the inspiration but does not say it鈥檚 actually what the new one will be sized at.

Edit: i think it could be 41mm re-reading the ad

I think the 41mm might be typo copied over from the AT advert no...? It wouldn't make sense to create a whole new case for an anniversary edition, you would only get that on an update of the entire seamaster range.

Let me guess, something " 007 " again ?
175 years Omega
75 years Seamaster
And this is what they came up with ? 馃榿

Still with the silly HEV. Pass.
It doesn't look to be a new model, just a 75th anniversary edition colorway and case back.

Agree, also withholding judgement until they can be seen in person. If the dial really shimmers, I feel like I could be convinced.

A shimmering dial has never appealed to me. I can't get on-board with anything shinier than the FOIS Onyx black.

Fair! To each their own.
