·Hello everyone,
Selling this nice Omega Seamaster 300 in very nice shape. The watch seems to be a completely honest example with all the original parts except for the modern service crown and generic crystal w/o logo. The cal.565 was serviced by my local watchguy just a couple of month ago and it’s running strong, currently losing about 20 sec/day.
Things to consider would be a couple of slight indentations on the edge of the bezel, specifically at the 30 and the 42 minute marks. Also, although the hands and dial don’t match exactly I have seen this on other examples of 165.024 and 166.024 throughout the years with the hands turning into a lighter mint green, I suspect this may be the case, althought a very old relume wouldn’t be out of the question. Also, please note there is a slight imperfection over the 300 print, not really that bad under normal use.
I really like this watch, It’s a perfect watch to wear without worrying too much about accidentally harming a museum quality piece. I am selling a few pieces as expenses have increased dramatically since the family has grown.
My asking price is $4000 usd which includes worldwide shipping by DHL, normally it should take no more than 10 days to reach you. Different payment and shipping options can be arranged. Send me a message of you have any further questions or if I missed something.
I have some relatively recent references here on the forum and have impeccable Ebay feedback.
As always thanks OF for the space!
