··Cajuns and Gators can't read newspapers!FS: Omega Seamaster 300 "Big Triangle" ref. 166.024 - $8,500
Circa 1969 Seamaster 300 "Big Triangle," ref. 166.024, cal. 565 automatic. Beautiful patina throughout, with the sword hands showing a slightly lighter lume tone than the dial.
Bezel: Two included. The original bezel (pictured in last 3 images- it has a non-serif "1") has damage at the 40 and 10 minute marks - correct and original to the watch. A second, slightly earlier bezel in better cosmetic shape is also included (pictured in first two images of watch), and is currently installed.
Case: Appears unpolished, with typical wear for a nearly 60-year-old watch.
Case Back: is in excellent condition, with the Omega engravings fully intact and no scratches other than surface wear as seen in photos.
Crystal: Correct Omega crystal with the logo at center.
Extract from the Archives: Included. Confirms the watch was born October 28, 1969, and originally sold in Seychelles.
Service history: Last serviced in 2016. No warranty implied given the time since service, but it's been worn sparingly since and runs as it should.
What's included: Watch on leather strap, plus the original bezel (uninstalled) and the second bezel shown in the first photos.
The last 5 images were taken before the watch was serviced and include the original bezel
Price: $8,500 + actual Insured shipping cost. Happy to answer questions or provide additional photos.
[NOTE: If you only want one bezel, I can adjust price accordingly]
