Omega Seamaster 125.003 Dial question.

Saw this 125.003 for sale locally and I have never seen this particular dial before. Is it a redial or original. Most 125.003 watches are Seamaster 30's. I have seen a few with just Seamaster on the dial. Any thoughts.

Redial.

I know the photo can't be perfectly perpendicular to the dial centre, but some of the indices look off to me.
As well as the print and cross hairs.
