Good afternoon. I'm looking for recommendations for repair and a service to my grandfather's Omega. As you can see, the enamel on the case is damaged and worn, and the dial also has taken an injury at 8 o'clock. Front.jpg Back.jpg IMG_20200908_153752.jpg
The watch winds, and runs, but I don't want to do anything without it having some TLC. Inside back cover does not look happy. Inside.jpg
I hope the photos are clear enough.
What I'm after are recommendations for someone who would sympathetically clean and repair the workings, hopefully someone in the U.K., even better would be Cardiff, where I live.
Also, would it be possible, or advisable, to seek to repair the enamel of the case, or is it best to leave alone?
I believe, from the serial numbers, the watch is 1912 - 1916 vintage, and may have been purchased in Moscow, Riga, or possibly Germany. Thank you in advance for your help.

Give Simon Freese a call. If he can't then he can certainly recommend someone who can.
