Shame there aren’t better, high resolution, photos.

Wonder how much they want for it.

Sigh.

(I’ll tell myself that the dial is hard to read anyway.)

I’m betting over $100k. (I think, if I had that sort of money, I’d rather have a really special vintage car, or ...)

Upon request: Allegedly a five-digit euro amount is not enough.

I'm a fan of skeleton watches, but not this particular rendering... don't care for the baguette diamonds on the movement... very distracting. In fact, I'm not a fan of diamonds on watches period.

This version, without the diamonds, looks much better

I asked for the price and was told they did not yet decide how much to ask.

I was going to go for this but the $2 shipping charge pushed it just out of my reach.

I’m not saying someone here has the other 2 versions of this...

Is the carving different between all these watches?

The one that is offered matches this carving of the Diamond version (3098.30):

But here is the one illustrated in MWO and you can see that the carving is not the same (3096.30):

When I remember correctly, this special edition was done by an artist by hand. So yes, the carvings should slightly differ from watch to watch.

What I don’t understand is why some of the movement parts don’t even have the same shape if we compare these two examples?! (One might be an activated lever, but especially the part between 10-11).

The hand skeletonising was done by Armin Strom.

I'm not much of a fan of Skeleton watch designs...I think this one is particularly awful. and the one with the diamond bezel?....Yuk!! An exercise in over excessiveness. Why bother having chronograph subdials if you can't even read them properly? This is one for the Yellow Lamborghini man to boast about in the clubhouse....my tuppence worth!!

If I had a Yellow Lambo, I'd be wearin' this one 😉

It’s the ribbed carving on the metal that I don’t like... still don’t care for diamonds on watches

I think seeing the cheap Chinese skeleton watches that you can get for $20 has turned me off the process entirely. On each of these rather than thinking its a thing of beauty, it just looks cheap to me. I know it is not, and I'm sure it would look better in person, but in photos? Nope. I am having a hard time not looking at them as cheap fakes, even though I know they are not.

I agree, so as much as I can appreciate the craftmanship, these watches are the definition of overdone for me.

No, just no, I am not a fan of skeletonized watches and this only serves to demonstrate why.

Being repetitious sorry, I don't like pile-ons but I just had to let off steam on this one because there are just so many wrong things. To think of the craftsmanship and expense that went into making the mighty Speedmaster look like a piece of tat from the mall is quite upsetting. But also...
There is a jarring stylistic clash between the Speedy infrastructure and the cutesy scrolls and curlicues that surely could have been avoided.
Culturally, there is no way in which the A11 25th can be appropriately celebrated with a boudoir ornament.
And, logically, how does a diamond bezel work in measuring, er... oh, never mind.

Let's put this in perspective - I'd buy and WEAR a Rainbow Daytona before this. And I am not a fan of Rolex, or the Daytona.
