That hour hand is the first thing that sticks out to me, but I don't know enough about whether that is evidence or not (though I suspect replacement hands at minimum?). The grey 'lume' areas is weird to me. The second hand is super short as well.

Guessing at minimum the hands + crown are wrong, but I can't help to suspect a franken/not authentic dial with those lume areas on the dial.

I don't know much about these though, so hopefully someone else can come along and be more clear. Depending on the price, it might be worth the risk.

Not enough information to opine. Need to know case reference from inside of caseback and movement pictures for starters.

In focus pictures of the dial are also needed, but the font of the Omega logo and symbol look slightly off to me.

The only contemporary catalog picture that I know of is from a 1959 Swiss German catalog:

Not a white dial. The hands on the OP's example also don't look right to me. The arrow is too large. Crown style is off also.

These watches have redials more often than not.

You need to be very careful with Rancheros.
