Hello all, new to this forum and hoping for advice on my first question:

I have an opportunity to buy the planet ocean big blue and a discount from the rrp of $11,700. The question I have is that Omega website says they are currently not available.

Does this mean they have discontinued the watch or they at this point simply do not have any stock but it will come back.

The discount I was offered could change if Omega has ‘retired’ the watch.

Any advice/knowledge on the subject appreciated.

Doubt the model has been discontinued already since its a current line product... Maybe later in the year when the new generation would have reportedly been announced.

Sorry, but do you mean that a new generation is expected this year?

 

I don't know if the current world situation will alter their plans but yes 2021 was supposed to be the year that the PO would have been updated. 5 years since this current one was released.
