Omega Pie Pan 168.0065 Bezel Sourcing

Hello, this is my first time posting on here, and I thank you for commenting if you decide to do so. Long story short, I got an Omega Pie Pan ref 168.0065 from a seller on Watch Exchange for a whopping $800 with bracelet , which I felt was a killer deal. This has been a watch I've wanted to own for a while, so I'm very happy to have got one. Does anyone know where I can buy an aftermarket part that will work possibility, another Omega model thats bezel could fit, or the original bezel? Or is all hope lost, and should I just have the part custom made for the watch or sell it as is again? All help is much appreciated. Thanks!

You are very unlikely to find a bezel. People start threads like this fairly often, and I don't recall anyone ever finding a replacement. Sometimes they have one fabricated, e.g. by Peter Wuischpard at watchcaserepair.com.

Just curious was the missing bezel disclosed, or a surprise on arrival? Any chance to return it- if so that’s what I would do

I wouldn’t buy a watch like this without a bezel. It just delays your enjoyment of the watch indefinitely and isn’t worth the few hundred quid you save on the purchase price. Much better to pay more for a better example.
Can you return it?

It was disclosed and I bought it like that the crystal isn’t loose I’ve decided tho to have a bezel made for it

This watch is a great example once the bezel is made it will be be even better the lugs are nice and sharp and it came with og bracelet for 800$ and serviced I ain’t complaining if I need to spend a little to have a bezel made.

The tolerances for the bezel are very precise. Hopefully if you can get one made it will be a good buy.
Please come back and share the results.

Ya I will there’s one on eBay I’ve found but I’m not sure it would fit I’m using the guy DanS recommended to make it
