You have to pay the piper some time. Who better to pay than OMEGA for a strap? 😉

Besides, your wallet probably need to lose weight. Too much beef.

Had no intention of buying one, but was in the boutique and could not resist...it did come with a free pair of bent spring bars though for some reason...

Nice! I ordered the same one for my PO. Great material, yes?

Just realized what the material reminds me of - it's basically a seatbelt! With stripes! Same glossy and indestructible feel... I know I have a strap problem but I'm sold and may go back for more. BTW the blue titanium SM300 on the tan leather NATO they had there look awesome - I wish I'd taken a photo - will do when I go back...

Sounds like a nice combo. Would love to see it if you get another oppty to snap off a photo. Hopefully my NATO strap will arrive at the OB soon - will take a few photos of whatever is there when I pick it up. It's been in order for 2-3 weeks....

I have to thank you folks who buy these things just to reinforce that I love my bracelet!

Just can't bring myself to do it for a fabric strap (not crapping on anyone that did, I think it is gorgeous).
And I can't live by that maxim, otherwise I would have one of everything.
I did the exact same thing with the sm300 master coaxial, too dear I said. Nice looking watch but I couldn't pay that amount for it. Guess what when I went to the AD and looked at it I bought one within a month.

ADs sometimes carry them along with other straps
A deal can be discussed

Just ordered this for my SMPcc. Fishing on outer islands, wanted to have as safe a strap as possible. I kinda like it´s pretty nice too...for the money I mean, not compared to Omegas. Only 25€ for this one so pretty decent, let´s see how it feels when I get it.

and this for my Seiko 5Sports diver:

What you show is why I put a clear Rubbermaid desk pad on my desk... that Formica scratches the hell out of any steel watch parts it comes in contact with!

Desk diving results ... 1 morning's wear!...
That's the one thing about the highly polished keepers that I was hesitant about - that's some nasty roadrash you got there.
Chalk up another point for why I like the tactical nylon Omega Nato's better - fabric keepers can't pick up desk diving scars.

You beat me to it! I had realized the same thing, but did not have time to comment on it here. The holes are holding their shape; no stretching. 👍👍

Mine arrived at the Boutique this weekend.

How large is your wrist? I noted that you did not have the end folded into the keeper.

I had that problem too even though I have tiny wrists - it was because I had the watch too central to the strap - I shoved the watch head as far north as possible on the strap which gave me enough material on the back side to double over into the keeper and it looked and felt much better

If I understand your statement correctly, you are saying the end will not need to be folded if I move the case closer to the buckle?

No the opposite - the problem was that there was not enough to properly double over and back (in the correct NATO fashion) - this was because the case needed to go up on the strap and leave more on the bottom bit - see in my desk diving pic the end of the NATO is back and pointing down as opposed to sticking out at the top...

Got it. Yes, that is how I position mine. Ordinarily, I modify the end of my straps so I do not have the extra material; for some reason it bothers me. But for the OMEGA Nato, I decided it looked more appealing to leave it unmodified and on top of that the price persuaded me to not do it.
