Omega NATO Straps: Are They Worth 210? Owner Reviews

Went by the AD here in Houston and checked out the NATO strap selection. The black canvas one with the fabric keepers caught my eye. I'm just curious if they're actually worth $210. I've gotten some extremely good ones from Zulu Alpha straps that I love for half the cost of Omega. Just looking for some input

Omega builds quality NATO's. The polyamide ones are really well made and are very comfortable. I am not a fan of the polyester models. No experience with the black canvas.

They are decent in a world of $10 natos. However, are they worth $210? Personally I don't think so. I have one, I like it, but I have to say that for $35, the Supreme Nato from Crown & Buckle is the most comfortable Nato on the market today. Here's my OEM.

Honestly the ones I get from Zulu Alpha are the most comfortable I have and the quality is great. Thanks for the information

I think the pricing is extortionate, but at the same time nobody else on the market is making NATOs as good, their polyamide is genuinely the best NATO money can buy. At least that I've seen.

I also have some Artem NATOs which are clearly designed to look exactly like Omega's, but aren't as soft.

They are really good quality but I do not think they are worth it

Tudor would like a word 😀

Though, to be fair, Tudor's fabric straps aren't strictly NATO straps since they're single pass with dedicated spring bar loops.

Yeah, they are well made but if you're looking to try some different color combos out, plenty of cheaper ones out there. As noted, even other polymide ones are cheaper.

The other part of polymide is it doesn't breathe at all due to the weave so if you're planning on wearing them during the summer, different thinner natos definitely work better.
