Omega NATO Bands (Real or Fraudulent)

I recently picked up a couple of Omega NATO bands and wanted to get some opinions from the community.

From what I understand, these straps can be replicated and there are quite a few convincing fakes out there. One of mine appears to be brand new, while the other is worn but still in relatively good condition. Both have that smooth “seatbelt” feel to the material.

The stitching looks clean and even, and the hardware feels sturdy, but I know that alone doesn’t always guarantee authenticity. If anyone has experience with authentic Omega NATO straps - particularly what to look for in terms of weave pattern, hardware finishing, engraving, or packaging - I would really appreciate your insight.

Thank you in advance for any help!

Nor sure if the black and orange color pattern even exists originally.
I also think the "OMEGA" writing looks off.

Might be a good idea to tell us where you bought them and how much you paid for them

Orange and black definitely exists (or it did). I purchased one directly from Omega about 7 years ago.

They may be able to be replicated looks-wise, but in hand there are no other straps that can match the balance of sturdy thickness and supple comfort. Most others are either similarly comfortable but thinner and floppier, or sturdy but less silky.

Agreed, closest I've seen visually are Artem but they aren't as soft as the Omega ones I have.

OPs look legit to me, at a quick glance.

Thank you for the response! I haven't had Omega NATO straps, but what I can say is that they feel like Car Seatbelts at a touch and do keep their form quite well. They aren't flimsy in any way.

Thank you for your response! I was wondering the same thing! I do understand they have orange natos, but they can differ in pattern.
