Agree blue.
It comes with experience of seeing dials at various stages of degradation. It’s common the see the blue dials of the late 60’s/early 70’s degrade to this colour. It usually starts around the lume and hour markers and in extreme cases like yours can spread to most or all of the dial.
The Omega forum help desk is manned by high schoolers today as usual.
By volunteers who have better things to do then show 20 examples of blue fading watches, then a short history lesson on the problem of blue pigments leading into a chemistry discussion on n the effect of UV rays on blue colored compounds.
Followed by someone that could have easily done a quick google to find the above.

Hi Foo I get what you are saying, but wouldnt it save some time not to answer at all instead of ridicule the OP?
It seems like every time I open OF there is less new treads and less new interesting things to read. So I am thinking that it would have been better to welcome new contibutors instead of scare them away in their first post.
When you make a couple thousand posts giving away information for free that was hard earned. You tend to be brief to save time.
When you start people on the path and they still apparently do not want to do their own research it’s a little frustrating.
