·I’m not sure I follow Hans. Are you referring to the dial orientation? If so, this is the ‘Drivers’ version, with the dial orientation rotated through 90 degs to improve legibility whilst your hand is on a steering wheel.

Correct. Meant be worn on the inside of the wrist so the driver didn't have to take their hands off the wheel to see the time.
