Looks genuine yeah, the case might be custom made, mainly because the buckle is missing the omega logo, but the dial looks genuine

The dial/movement is much cheaper than gold, so no one in their right mind would put a fake machine in a solid gold watch, on the contrary, they melt solid gold watches

What country are you in? I am not an expert in Omegas of this era, but I don't recall seeing a Genève with a fluted bezel like this and the missing Swiss hallmarks also points to a locally produced gold case.

So, I think it is genuine, but it is probably not a Swiss made case/bracelet.

Really need to see inside that caseback but agree with the others that this has to be some domestic production, I’m feeling South America for some reason

Thank you guys!! As i was thinking,it is a custom made case and band, testet with xrf to verify if it is a 18k solid parts without damage,i am located in israel and bought it from a private person, not from store or some private dealer,it was passed to him from his family, the mechanism and dial look genuine to me also, because the mechanism have all marks serial etc, just wanted to be sure because i am not an expert im new into watches,is my second good watch, the first one was omega smp the biggest size and i fell in love with the brand 🥰,think i was lucky on this purchase because i paid for it only 4250$ and on local omega group on FB someone offerd me about 7300$ , not planning to sell it i think it is still a rare piece and work of art altough its not 100% genuine because of the case and band

Hmmm...looking at the receipt, I suspect this may be in Israel.
