Omega Genève advices

Dear experts,

yesterday I went in a shop to buy a couple of straps and I saw this Omega Genève.

It is similar to the one I bought for my wife (I made a post about it here) and it could be the "dressy" version of the watch she likes.

Do you think is it genuine, redialed, fake... and do it worth € 700 they are asking?

Thank you very much for your kind help! 😀

I am skeptical of the dial. That is a variation of the earlier geneva that I have not seen previously, and the script (especially the "G") is not correct.

The case is also over-polished.

In my view the watch is worth nowhere near that price.

Regards,

Tony C.

redial, non Omega hands, wrong acrylic crystal model, the crown is too big. Do not worth your money.

That's how these are (not the same model, but you can see the fonts on the dial):

Right. So, in summary, wrong case, unknown movement, redialled and wrong hands. Maybe a complete fake.

Redial. Lacquer is gone. Letters in "OMEGA" appear to be different sizes. "Geneve" font is wrong. Crosshairs are too thick. Hands are wrong.

I was lucky a couple of times with a vintage Omega and a vintage Zenith, but I will never buy a watch again without asking an advice from you!

HUGE, HUGE, HUGE thanks!

It's really kind from you expert to help a newbie, really appreciated your advices! 😀
