Ordered mine Dec-11. Just got the email confirming extract completion today .

 

8 to 10 weeks it has taken for mine

 

I'll pile on here...Ordered two extracts on Nov. 19 and have not received them yet. As @Dan S mentioned once you receive your blank pdf template from Swatch, save it on your computer to use in the future--it's a time-saver.

 

For me yesterday was 6 weeks since I ordered mine. Not really expecting it until maybe end of February or early March.

I submitted one at the start of September at a US boutique and still haven't gotten it back. The boutique associate has called me a couple times to apologize for the wait time... So if he said 5-6 months, maybe they're going by a new expectation? Because it's certainly getting on for that long for me

Change the AD, get your money back from them if you already payed for the Extract....5 months is ridicolous and I don't think that's Omega but the dealer you're dealing with..

 

Ordered mine online and am in UK. That was on 27th November.

Received an email saying it was done and about to be dispatched on 21st December. Due to the Christmas post, I think I got it on 27th so, one month all in with a Christmas delay...

Just to add some info. Ordered an Extract on Dec 4th ( UK based ) , was a bit concerned as heard nothing during most of January but got email on 29th January to say Extract had been done and was on its way. Arrived yesterday in post . Also, have to congratulate website maker, I Love My Speedmaster, as his date prediction was spot on .

 

The AD doesn’t accept payment from me until Omega actually has the extract completed, the receipt I got when I submitted it was like a servicing one where I pay after the fact. It’s a more obscure watch I’m doing it on so I’ve kind of ascribed it to that, as well as it being a request from the US. Associate there mentioned someone else had submitted 5 or 6 at once to be done and it’s taking similarly as long... which I suppose could be an excuse but who knows. I bought a copy of Journey Through Time with them (same associate) over the phone and they shipped it express mail to me for no extra charge, so they’ve been gracious and timely with everything else otherwise given books and extracts aren’t exactly big juicy sales for them. I’ve heard of people getting extra “gifts” when their extracts take longer than expected so maybe my patience will pay off
