Original dial.
Thanks for the insight. I was relatively confident but just wanted to confirm.

As a side note, I don't think I've ever seen date numbers flip at "11" or "12". Very odd.

I agree but I wonder how many dial varations this one has?
With Omega you never know, but there aren’t that many stainless 2486 out there on the web...

$8490 seems ways too high, just looking at one for less then half of the price in much better condition and original dial...

Do you have pictures?

I have this one:

Well, again, that is also no jumbo 2486, it's a 2471, which is a completely different animal price wise.

The dial....here's a couple of the same or very similar dial, the aging is clear to see. Also in my experience this dial variation is always two tone, with the outside track having a different shade. The gilt Arabic's are very good and the date track too, but because of the extreme cleanliness, lack of two tone and slightly heavy print of Omega I'm leaning strongly towards redial too, although I'm not exactly 100%

Chris, i think the lighting is washing out the dial, i believe it is two-tone and original. I have the same watch in mint condition, this image shows what i mean about the wash out:

In another hard to photograph angle the dial is completely two tone.
