    Hi guys,

Long time lurker here. I inherited my Grandfathers Omega Constellation ref 14381 11SC.

I’m trying to find a vintage Beads of Rice bracelet for it which will fit.

My question is- where can I find one and what model number/reference do I need?

I have ordered an off market bracelet online but it doesn’t fit.

Ive found a few on eBay but I have no idea what I should be looking for/paying.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!!

WOW what a nice watch! welcome and there's a few here that know beads of rice in and out and will steer you in the right direction model number-wise.

1036, 1502, or 8220 would be fine. They’re the same as far as I can tell.

Why doesn't the one you found fit? You should probably be more concerned about finding the right endlinks to match the case shape.

    Thanks for the tag.

The add which was include above indicated that it was from 1962. I will copy and paste what I wrote about a 1961 connie of the same reference:

1961 was around the time which there was a change from the 5 to the 7 row. As bracelets were an option, I am would imagine that the 14381 could have come on either a 5 or 7 row bracelet. For what it is worth, I have never seen a ref. 14381 on a bracelet which I thought was original.

Regarding the 5 row, your options are: The 11 endlinks with 1502 or 1036 would be period correct, I have seen them from watches on 61-67. The 12 endlinks I also think would be period correct, I have only seen them on a 8220 bracelet.

Regarding the 7 row, the correct endlinks are the 70 endlinks from this period), I think the earliest bracelet was the 1037, (but the 1068, 8270 and 1503 would also fit).

Happy to try and answer any questions you may have.

Looks nice, just pay attention that the Nato doesn't rub the medallion on the back to much.

It’s a means to an end for now
It has a gold medallion on the back with 4 stars left, it’s clearly been loved over the years!
