Where will the book be placed to order? Only private or also over some watchbook-known platform? Regards

At the start the book will be sold exclusively by me (also the regular version) - I do "selfpublishing" as I have financed the book on my own and totally at my financial risk...

The limited edition is a special offer to forumers and the various people who have supported me with photos and granted printing rights.
It is not more expensive than the regular version which is sold to the public. This is my "thank you" to a small number of people and will not be available to the public.

So the help of the community would be much appreciated - please share the information on instagram and facebook, tell it to your relatives, friends and fellow collectors on other forums (which mostly don´t allow me to announce my book because it would be a "commercial" advertisment).

In case I don´t have success with distributing the book myself I might ask a professional publisher or amazon to assist me - near future will tell...

Yes, a whole section will be dedicated to hands...and crowns, and boxes, and warranty documents, etc.
