I propose an Omega cal. 861 movement. Serial 28.42xxxx, so an early 1970.
I couldn't get an extract of archive, it was on a speedmaster I bought online, so probably not a moonwatch.
It's in a good visual condition, no service history, and I did not run it for a long time.
I'm located in Lausanne, Switzerland. F2F is preferable, but the watch can be send anywhere. No return.
Price is 1300 CHF or 1300 EUR net to me.
