·I think OB really MUST care about the overall boutique experience. If they don't, who will not prefer to go to AD and get a discount? I remember when first boutique opened in my home country. At first, I could not imagine they could sell a single watch with no discount policy when people were used of having from 10 to 20% discount in reputable ADs. Now I see that with great customer experience, they can be quite successful. I decided to buy some watches from them even tough i knew i could buy it cheaper somewhere else.
