Hi Achim,
Every RCAF Birks I have seen or handled has the sterile caseback. They all use the Venus 175 Movement and the cases are different to the two RCAF Omega versions.

Omega also only used the Lemania 2221 hacking movement in theirs.

The Birks has more in common with the Rodania Venus 175 variants.
