I've had this sitting in my case for a while. Picked it up working abroad. Didn't pay a lot for it, but I've never found a lot of information on this one. I believe it's legit, but I am not an expert on trench watches. That's why I am putting this out to you folks for some help. Any information on this guy would be greatly appreciated. The watch runs and is keeping good time. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a non-Omega chrome plated replacement case. Probably of USA origin. The original case might have been a trench watch style case.

It seems be be a 23.7 ST2 inside, with serial in the 7 million range, it is probably later than trench watches. The hands are probably also a later replacement.

My understanding is a serial in the 7 million range would put it early 1930s.

Any family travels to Japan? The dial has the classic style of a late-30s watch, intended for (and locally cased) in the Japan market.
