Omega “Big Yellow” with a black dial?

Hello guys,

Does anybody knows if there was Omega ref. 166.092 cal. 1002 with a black dial?

I'm asking because I've seen one, and it looked pretty convincing to me but unfortunately I haven't had an opportunity to take a photo...

I'd guess it was a redial. Check out this thread. Close to the bottom a forum member posted photos of one and concluded that his was likely a redial.

Thanks! I've seen this post already, but couldn't find the forum thread WYO_Watch was referring to.

Hard to say what exactly they were referring to. Also, I think most people would agree that Omega store staff are pretty useless in giving specific advice on vintage models.

You're right, they were kind but unfortunately not very knowledgeable about vintage timepieces.
