·Hi there.
Sometime lurker, but, I think, first time poster.
I have a Big Yellow (166.066 - I believe, although the case is more important than the exact reference for this) which has lived on a leather strap since I bought it some years ago, but I now fancy putting it on a bracelet.
My question is whether this watch was originally available on a bracelet? If so, which one and, perhaps more importantly, which endlinks were used as the case is far less curved (and wider, at 22mm) at the lugs than the Speedmaster and all the endlinks I see for Omega bracelets seem to be designed for it (and more conventionally cased Seamasters).
I've trawled around, but even the 'definitive Omega bracelet guide' seems to reference Speedmaster endlinks for 166 references, which clearly wouldn't fit.
Any information is gratefully received.
Thanks.
M
