·Omega officially state that it has a target rate of +9 seconds per day. An average rate of 0/+18 seconds per day, which is an average taken over full wind and 24 hours after full wind. It has a delta (largest rate difference) of 30 seconds at full wind and 40 seconds after 24 hours. It’s tested in 3 positions on a timing machine. Both horizontal positions and crown at 6.

This is good info but it's slightly out of date and a little lacking in some areas. Here are the updated tolerances from Omega. Program 26 is for the 552 movement.
Mine runs about +3 per day because that's how my watchmaker adjusted it and that's what my habits contribute.
