As I am not fully convinced that the hands/dial are relumed, I would ask the seller for Geiger Counter pics or videos. Vintage 2913, 2914 and 2915 radium lume can patina to milky white. For example, here is a pic of vintage 2915 hour hands posted by @Omegist a few years ago.

To be clear, the @Omegist picture notes that the hand on the left is radium, and those on the right are tritium replacements.

路The lume from the hands is off. I'd personally pass on this even if I could afford it. When you spring for something like this, you should make sure it's a piece in good condition. Others have pointed out other issues.
