Hello, I'm new to the forum.

This is my first Omega, I would like to know if this watch is original, or any other information you can offer me about the case, dial, numbers,
or something that is wrong / incorrect on the watch

Thanks. If you could tell me the year of the watch I would be grateful

Year late 1957 to early 1958.

Its a waffle dial which can make things look odd so I am not 100% certain but I think the Omega text looks later than the rest of the watch meaning it is a redial or replacement dial. That thick sans serif text is more like that seen from the 1980s on. Also the Swiss made text is missing though it could be hidden. At the very least the lume has been reapplied. There should be none at 3,6,9,12.
If you search for your model number on google you’ll see the dials on original watches are subtly different.

I have something similar but not exactly the same model, note the text difference:

Unfortunately OP´s watch is a redial and seems to have been polished a lot...
