The dial has just been poorly repainted
Thank you for your assessment , as I didn鈥檛 see another one with this dial so wasn鈥檛 sure of what to think about it , thanks , I鈥檓 curious as to how a watch that is 70 years old would have pristine original dial, found this company that specializes in dial restoration , Kirk Rich dial company , I have few that could use professional job , don鈥檛 know if redialing by a professional would preserve value of a watch, just a thought , what is your opinion on this , and does anyone knows about this company, thank you for your input, kazd

It makes more sense to search for an original dial than to redial a redial.

They can be found, it just takes time and patience...sometimes a real lot of patience.
