Hi Omega forum,
Could you help me with the watch below? Do you believe the dial is original? I haven't come across a like for like example.
Any other opinions about the watch? I'd say it's been quite polished.
How would you value it?

You do see that font (or very similar) on the ultra thin Connie from circa 1970. Can’t recall the ref.

You do see that font (or very similar) on the ultra thin Connie from circa 1970. Can’t recall the ref.

the lower case font was used remarkably early, from the mid-sixties, on the ultra thin Omegas ( both chronometer and non- chronometer rated) -this one from ‘66.
whilst ‘playful’, thankfully, it remained rare 😉

The OP watch sold yesterday on an auction site for €800 🤦 with glaringly careful omissions in the description.
Looks as though its buyer is wasting no time getting rid. And no wonder 🤮

Oh I wasn’t criticising, just thought it worthy of note that they picked a legit font from a fairly obscure reference and applied it to the wrong watch.

About the movement- do Constellations exist with a bumper movement?
