I wonder if this dial looks (1) original/not refinished, and (2) correct for this reference? The minute markings strike me as unusual for an Omega dial from this period, and the lack of "Chronometre" printing strikes me as very unusual for a 30 T2 Rg. However, I have spent far too little time studying these watches. Additionally, does the movement look okay? I think I see a monometallic balance, which I do not associate with the 30 T2 Rg. Also, the lever bridge has quite coarse graining.

For posterity, the watch is for sale in Turkey. Price is $2000 USD OBO.

I have my private "archive of serial numbers" and add to this "archive" every new chronometre which shows up.

I have registered this movement 10433284 as a loose movement offered on ebay from Turkey some time ago.
Be careful! Now this movement shows up again but recased in a ref. CO 2366
So by no means an original watch! It was put together using parts from different watches...
The dial is ridiculous for a 30 Rg chronometre (or any chronometre)

Want to add:

Seller´s description is very "optimistic": "Unpolished case conditions has several light scratches replaced new glass and original rose gold crown"
Reality: case was heavily worked on, gold bezel looks more like a piece of soap, crown is an Omega crown but completely wrong for this reference, ratched wheel with wrong surface in the flat part (ground instead of frosted),...

Not necessarily so. It could be a later Omega replacement part. If you happen to own my book read about the "crucial" steel parts which should be on an original 30 Rg movement, its described there...

I noticed the ratchet wheel, too. I didn't know there was a chance it was an Omega replacement, though. Interesting. It's much more shallow than the standard ratchet wheels.

Ratchet wheels for comparison:

Left: ratchet wheel as it originally left the factory..................................................... right: original Omega replacement part

Some years ago I bought the ratchet wheel from the right and this was what I found in the original sealed package. I am not sure it is still available from Omega. Al @Archer will know the parts number and if it is still available.

Thank you for posting this comparison! The difference is quite stark. I am curious about how Omega achieved the frosted surface. Also, I wonder why the replacement part has a ground finish. Could it be that the ground finish is easier to achieve? Maybe @Archer would know about this, as well.
