I have what I believe is an Omega 2318 30 T2 with the red star, which I have heard is related to Teddington. Can any experts out there tell me their opinion about this watch? The dial seems too clean to me and I suspect it may have been refinished, although I am not sure of this. The case measures at 37mm and seems to be unpolished. Any information about the watch or value would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

Thanks for the info. What makes you think it was polished? Maybe it's the angle of the picture. Here is a side picture, the edges on the case seem sharp to me.
