Omega 2271-4 doubts?

Hello,

You will get better answer in English rather than Portuguese.

DeepL is very efficient

Safari on the iPad translates the OP as

“Good afternoon, I'm going to introduce myself, my name is Diego and I live in Brazil, for a few weeks I've been researching omega watches to make a purchase. I found several for sale, but one in particular caught my attention, the seller described it as all original. I would like the opinion of experts about originality, because the little I understand is that the number on the lid does not match the model. Thank you in advance for your attention. Thank you”

Welcome Diego
Looks like ref 2271 with 30T2 movement dates to approx 1947. Case reference and movement are period correct. Dial and handset have age spots but look ok to me- see what experts think. Crown is a service replacement. Movement looks pretty good. Case has had some polishing.
more experienced collectors here can comment further and correct my observations as needed.
What is asking price?

That case is in very bad condition. There is wear through on the lugs and bezel. That’s shame, as the movement, dial and hands look correct and are in decent condition.

Also, Ref. 2271 was one of the famous Teddindton models marketed in Brazil.

Price is very high given the work it is going to need to restore.

Good evening, I read the entire post that was recommended to me and a few more. It's a shame that the case is really worn, but the movement is so beautiful. For a watch in that condition, what would be a fair price to buy it? Thank you all for your help.

Restoring/replating the case is possible at a cost, but then the shiny new looking case will not match the spotting and patina on dial and handset. And you will have a vintage watch with no real attraction to a collector and you will not come close to recouping your investment. if you think you will never want to part with it, forget that as you will move on to other things for sure and regret putting money into this- it’s the fate of all collectors.
I don’t know value of movement and dial alone but I think that would be the reasonable price.
