Omega 200m Help Needed

The stem broke off instead the crown and can't be removed. I need a new crown. Don't care if it has the Omega emblem, just has to screw down and work.
The movement stem is TAP 10, so I need a crown that is
Tap 9 (Ø0.90mm) • Crown Ø5.60mm • Crown Depth 3.30mm • Screwdown • Stainless Steel
Any magicians out there?
