Ohh that’s unique I have one similar just 10k filled tho. I believe it’s a case from star watch case co from US. Possibly cal of 371. More information will be on the inside of the cover

This is not a US market watch case. We never used decimal fineness markings. Also, 19K is not a standard fineness here.

There are some hallmarks, but the pictures are not clear enough to discern what country is represented. Portugal possibly?
